The Hairpin (Turn 11) before…
The front straight (Shoreline Drive) is not exactly straight! Standing starts this year???
Turn 4 awaiting rumble strips…and paint.
Turn 8 heading toward the back stretch. In the Formula 1 years, the cars would go up this hill and turn right at the next light (Ocean).
Looking back at the backstretch from the entry to the recently re-paved Turn 9.
It looks like a parking lot now, but next month this will be Turn 10! More new asphalt here too.
The first IndyCar race I attended…victory circle @ Long Beach.

I always wondered how they did that.
Do you use the brush-on Whiteout or the adhesive applicator?
